We only use top quality vinyls: here's how!

Airkraft: Using Avery Supercast 900 series, this vinyl is a hardwearing material with a life expectancy of at least 10 years. Will your van still be in top shape in ten years? The graphics will be! Once the vinyl is applied it is heat moulded into the countours at 30°C, once in place the vinyl is then 'set' at 80°C. Setting the vinyl this way resets the memory of the vinyl in it's new shape, so you do not get any more unsightly 'lifting' and peeling. This means that the graphics look great, and stay looking great!

Sky Blue Fixings Van: Much like the Avery 900 cast our printed vinyl, Avery EZ Apply has a carefully engineered memory mechanism, which allows us to apply printed vinyl graphics with precision, confident that they will look great for a long time!

Standard Vinyl: I always use a high quality Avery 700 series or Mactac 9800 range of vinyls - these are a polymeric vinyl, which ensures the vinyl stays put once it is on and is guaranteed for a minimum 7 years life expectancy. I prefer to use this as standard monomeric vinyls of a lower quality tend to shrink and leave 'gum' behind...
